Performed home inspection. Exterior footing and foundation appear in excellent condition. Small area of less than ideal drainage in backyard will be addressed by homeowner. Interior slab has a an extensive crack present in front of fireplace with a slight height differential and approximately quarter inch gap. Given that the home is still under builder's warranty, homeowner was advised on proper steps to take under warranty situations. Homeowner will contact Poe Engineering prior to committing to a repair.
