Looking at a wall that was waterproofed from another waterproofing company. When the blocks are wet down low, that is an indication that there is a leak. After looking at the footing, the excessive concrete was not removed from the footer, which creates voids that are hard to seal. My point is that attention to detail is the key!
Home builder sprayed new foundation but did not install anything to protect the membrane. There was also no drainage installed. We will be installing drain board, drains, and backfilling. We will also be encapsulating the space.
