Barrier found a leak in my basement that we thought was unfixable. They removed the rotting blocks and put in a sump pump that seems to be working. We have had 2 major storms since we had them out and not even a drop of water can be found! Thank you Barrier for your help.

John and his team performed way beyond our expectations! When we learned that our foundation was beginning to sink we thought we were going to have to stop our remodeling. In a frantic attempt to find a solution we called Barrier and spoke with John. He was out at our home the next day looking everything over with us. Within 30 minutes he knew what was wrong, why we had water intrusion, and how we were going to fix it. We scheduled a time to have him lift the foundation and place piers to support it. It took 3 days in the sun and rain, but they not only lifted our building, they fixed cracks in the bricks, planted grass in all the areas they dug, and even placed hay to promote the new grass growth. His bid was also great in comparison to two other companies we asked to look at it. Do I recommend Barrier? YES!

In Hendersonville looking at getting the downspout discharge away from the structure. Will be in stalling channel drains and getting water directed to a storm drain.
In Sparta looking at sealing the exterior of a new window well.
Looking at an exterior waterproofing project in Franklin, TN. This is on the upside of the hill. Water catches and pools in the U-shaped area. We will seal and drain this area. We will hand dig under the deck to minimize damage.

We are in n Mt. Juliet working on a new construction exterior waterproofing project. This house was initially “waterproofed” by another contractor and had failed. The previous company used tar and sprayed over a poor block job. You can see our guys doing a mortar rub on the walls to seal the poor block job. After that, we will spray apply an asphalt emulsion membrane that will last a lifetime.
