Checking out a home in Hendersonville TN this morning. The lack of gutters on this home is causing multiple problems. The porch wall is pushing / sliding outward. This is due to the slope and lack of gutters on this house. Water is running under the porch and undermining the porch wall. This will require foundation repair.

He mentioned that there was basically 2 foundation butted together without tying them together when an addition was built.
