Called in Restoration 1 after our dishwasher leaked. They came in quickly and effectively set up dehumidifiers, fans and drying mats for our hardwood floors. The restoration team (Brendan, Chris, Jerry and Jordan) arrived when promised and began working right away to assure there was no further damage to my home. They were curious, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions. The teamwork with this crew ran like a well oiled machine. There was care taken in moving some of my heavy furniture and large kitchen appliances. I've used Restoration1 a few times for different issues with water damage around my house. Always found them to be very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting the job done. Each time, they solved the problem within a few days, keeping the damage we had from becoming a much bigger issue. They also partner with a construction company for rebuilds, which is convenient. Called Restoration 1 on a Saturday morning following overnight flooding. They had someone out within an hour and had everything set up to dry and mitigate the damage by early afternoon.
