The Remediation 1 of Arlington Team led by Brendan Baker, along with his team members Zia and Jordan, has done an amazing job in remediating the area in our home that was damaged by an unfortunate water leak. When they arrived, they have shown professionalism and courtesy to us, respecting our requests, and explaining what they are about to do, as well as guiding us along each and every step of the process. They also took the time to answer all our questions, and provided great advice and direction. They also explained the remaining steps as they complete the remediation, including what will happen in the next few days after they depart. They completed the remediation work in 2 hours, way ahead of the estimated 3-hour effort. I highly recommend them for any remediation work!

The team was well equipped, knowledgeable, and able to push beyond challenges that came up They used floor protection, were mindful of moving personal items necessary to complete their assignment, and were efficient doing so Based on what I’ve experienced I’d recommend Restoration 1 of Arlington to anyone that has a moldy attic and insulation to be removed/replaced/corrected !!
