I can't say enough at how much I appreciated the super service from the Restoration Team that restored my basement after we discovered a severe water leak. We found the leak on Sunday night, and they were able to get to our house on Monday. The lead on the ground was Brendon and he was so knowledgeable about how to deal with our situation, and he got right to it. I strongly recommend that anyone seeking restoration services consider Restoration 1 - we could not have asked for a better company to take care of us.

We had a leak in our rental property. This is of course very concerning, but Brendan and Jerry came promptly and professionally to remove the damaged carpet and dry out the room so we can replace what got damaged. They were incredibly personable, skilled, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We really appreciate the service snd these terrific guys.

I was contacted very quickly after a previous contractor connected me with your company. Elvis was on the job within a short time and did was what necessary in evaluating the situation. He was courteous and thorough and answered my questions. The same work ethic came from Brendan and Jordan as they began the process of doing the work necessary to correct the water damage. They, too, were courteous and responsible. I was very grateful that everyone expressed an interest in not only repairing the damage but in making sure that I was comfortable with the procedure. That kind of personal inclusion is very important to me. I am anxious to see what the rest of their work - patching, painting - etc. will produce. I would recommend them to anyone who has the misfortune of water damage. I did not answer the cost/pricing question as I have no idea what the total cost will be. I do understand that the insurance deductible amount was needed at this point and paid it by check today. Myrna Stuart
