Restoration 1 Technicians, Stephen and Brenden, rapidly responded when our water tank leaked out into a finished out basement - with the drip pan over flowing & the drain going to the outside blocked - it became a very stressful situation to ensure water damage was minimized. Upon arrival and throughout, they kept me informed, and prior to taking action, discussed options and next steps (such as pulling out damaged baseboard, cutting out water damaged carpet pad & carpet). They placed equipment that would remain in place for at least 3-days (fans, a large dehumidifier etc) and walked me through next steps. Our home received top-notch care, mitigating damage while also instilling confidence in recovery steps.
