This survey is related to the installation and staining service experience. First, the physical installation and staining services were carried out just fine, and we have been pleased with the outcome. However, the scheduling process was ROUGH!!; inconsistent, and required multiple interventions on my part after having been clear on our availability. With regard to the timing of the fence staining in particular, the communication was clear, repeated multiple times, and regrettably for the guys doing the staining, was not when the schedulers sent them to our residence to do the work. Bottom line, the experience with Sean Martinez was great; interface with the front of the house following the hand off by Sean was spotty, primarily due to it being highly complicated by those doing the scheduling; the scheduling process was not good and required way too much interface; and the install and outcome was just fine. Had the scheduling been cleanly carried out, would have been five star rated throughout. Trusting y'all have figured out how communications with the front of the house can be honored by the schedulers.
