My husband and I would like to commend the following staff employees for their outstanding courteous, professional, and over and above customer service towards us during August - September 2020. 1. Serena - was very courteous in answering our questions as the initial contact person for our service request. We were mainly concerned with making sure we’d receive the original factory windshield with the signature we currently had. 2. Mr. Trace came into the waiting room while we waited for our windshield to be installed, and asked if we wanted water. Although we said no, he later came in wearing gloves and handed us 2 bottles waters, mentioning “I know we’re in crazy times”, and we thanked him and smiled. It really blessed us to see he would go over and above to make us feel comfortable, safe, and welcomed...even during unprecedented times our country is experiencing. 3. Danny - was very personable and empathetic when we questioned whether or not we had been given the correct windshield or not, since it was now different than the one he removed... and he very understandably and respectfully escalated the matter to Ms Paige. My husband even noticed he went to the dumpster and took a photo of the windshield that had been removed from our Mercedes 300 GLC. He assured us that our matter would get resolved. 4. Last but not least, Ms Paige was the one that made this experience most extraordinary. She went over and above following up, making several phone calls comparing and contrasting our vin number to the part number and thoroughly researching to discover the appropriate windshield signature that our vehicle should currently have. Paige didn’t know until I disclosed it later, but we’d lost a loved one, and her patience and compassion really made this experience bearable. In closing, we received a different signature on our windshield, but were astounded by her and this team’s research, knowledge, attention to detail, thorough communication, and compassion to personally ensure that we were “fully” satisfied. My prayer is that God would truly bless each one of them and this business to continue to give such empathy, patience, dignity, and respect, to others, and they have given to us. I had my windows shattered late one night by some kids down the street. 2 completely shattered windows and a ton of broken glass. I called Advanced Auto in the morning and they were beyond helpful. They had a guy come out and fix my windows by the end of the very same day. My insurance covered it all and the people that helped me were extremely nice. Brad came to fix my windows and did a perfect job and was very kind and efficient with my time. Would most definitely recommend this place!!
