We had a btb appt with our car needed a chip fixed then our truck needed a windshield replaced. Someone was supposed to be there at 8 but they were running late so we also did an oil change and they were still not there. So we had to to out and around and graffs had other oil changes. Finally they came and fixed the chip even though I can still see the spot where it was at. Then they had someone come later for the Truck windshield and they said we could pick it up after 4:30. When we arrived there was no one there from the glass company and the Graff techs did not know where the keys were for the truck. After calling Larry he said who had the keys. They should have already text us with the info of where the keys were at. Then there was no information on how long the tape needed to stay on the window or how long I had to wait to get a car wash that information had to come from the car dealership.
