Express came out to look at what needed to be done and give me a free estimate. Another vender would only do a quote over the phone. After getting the quote, I scheduled the service. The day of the work, the electrician called me, asking if they could come early, then arrived and got to work. The work took a little longer than expected, but that was fine, and partly because of the excellent clean up job from the crew. Before leaving, everything was double checked to make sure it was working properly, Gordon even helped me move things back in the garage which I had removed to clear access to the power panel. There was no payment up front, paid once the work was completed.
