Judah called to let me know he was on the way, early in fact. Upon arrival he had me give him a summary of the electrical problem I was having. He was very particular and thorough in diagnosing the problem, rather than jumping to a conclusion. After eliminating a number of potential areas of failure, Judah traced the issue to the outside circuit breaker, and a wire from the panel had either never been attached or had come loose. He was able to then quickly correct the issue and get the Alarm box operational.
