Excellent Service :-)

Was in a jam with our heater and propane need. Very responsive and the prices were outstanding.

Service is fine. Don't understand your payment plan.

I have a $491 credit. My payment was $196 in April. In May, the payment is $181 which was taken on 5/14 so now I have a credit of $672. We got a new heating system from you in January 2024. We were told when we got the system that our oil bill would be much reduced. I don't see it. I have called and spoken to someone in the past about this and was just told.....that's the payment plan. Can someone make it make sense?

Great company

We've been with Tevis for several years. Their service and pricing have been excellent. Before them, we got our propane from a larger company. With the old company, it wasn't unusual for us to run out of propane....to the point that I used to occasionally check our gauge to be sure we were ok. Not once with Tevis. With the old company, the per-gallon price they charged on almost every bill was significantly higher than the regional average cost I could look up online. I called the old company every month to fuss about the excessive charge and they routinely reduced it....but I'm sure most of their customers didn't make that phone call. Thanks Tevis.

Oil

The reason why I said three for experience there was an old scare and I tried to call just to pay my bill and I couldn't get through nobody explained anything you just stopped taking calls I thought that wasn't good because let me speak for myself I thought okay is something wrong did I do something that they're not receiving my calls anymore that bothered me very much I was glad I wasn't out of oil I guess what I'm saying is there should be a recording statement on we are no longer taking calls at this moment or something like that

Used to like Tevis

Until they replaced the AC unit, leaving the heat not working at the start of the previous winter. They did not provide the thermostat we paid for, and did not respond to questions or return calls. The folks that do the maintenance on the furnace are great, so this should be a 2.5 star review. And in fairness, Tevis hired a subcontractor to do the install, but the not responding after is purely on them.
