I received an oil delivery from this company that I did not request. The last time they did this, in January 2024. I informed them that I did not want to be on auto delivery. The female representative I spoke with assured me that she would remove me from auto delivery. Seems like that was not true. Near the end of February I noticed a delivery truck leaving my driveway on my ring camera. I contacted the customer service again to ask them why they delivered oil again that I had not requested. They couldn’t tell me why. So a male representative called me back and said that apparently the system put me back on auto delivery. He said that he can see that i was taken off of auto delivery and put on will call. i informed him that i do npt have the money to pay for 136 gallons of oil. His solution was to take off .20 a gallon. seriously and a apoloogy. I am totally disappointed in the way they just decide to deliver oil without my consent. I was suppose to get a bill showing the deduction. Not as of yet

I was/am on auto refill and someone recorded my tank incorrectly. Consequently my tank ran dry. I have had to have my furnace guy out a few times changing the filter because of the sludge from the tank running dry. No apologies and it has cost me a bit of money to correct. Probably should switch providers.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and extremely courteous. She is an asset to the company.
