I had a call from Tevis, but there was no message. I called Tevis to find out what they had wanted. The phone tech looked at my account and said that they had called to schedule a maintaintenance appointment, but "I see you already had your maintanence completed." She said someone had not taken me off the call list after the service. This may not seem to be a major complaint, people miss stuff, but it has become a trend with companies not following through with work protocol and I shared this with the tech. In a calm manner I stated my frustration as a costomer with the extensive follow-up I have been required to do especially with service businesses. She was polite enough, but she interupted me and apologized, but they had a lot of calls to make.

Delivers as soon as possible after a call has been made, also sent a service man to look at and repair the furnace. It took a a few days to get the part, but they stayed on it until it was repaired. I also love that veterans get a little extra discount off the purchase amount.

I have been with Tevis for 20 years and have but two short falls to report. The first is on the last fillup the driver put his hand on my siding leaving a black handprint on my white siding. The second is, I don;t know if it was the wind or the driver, but I cover my fill with a jar to insure no water gets in the fill and it was missing. Please replace after filling tank. First complaints in 20 years. Thank You I feel as though Brian Fielder is a great representative of your company.!!!

Love the delivery service, couldn't be easier. The price per gallon for the amount delivered is up to .29 higher than some other companies in the area but maybe that's the ECOplus factor, which isn't supposed to cost more but how can it not. It is worth it, certainly helps my ancient boiler keep on boiling.
