Once again we have received an oil delivery with NO ticket. I am always interested to see my gallon rate, service fees, senior discounts, etc. I will again call the office to get someone to send that ticket to me. AND, I have called, written notes on my remittance statement copy and have NEVER gotten a response - this current year and last - for a explanation / worksheet for the developmentanswer and documented response. of my budget amount. Am I the only customer to be interested in how much my service contracts cost, whether I am being charged for an oil cap price fee, whether I agree with the unused balance forward from previous year and how many gallons I am projected to consume and at what price per gallon ?????? I THINK NOT but I still have not received a proper response. I will call -- talk to you soon.
