My electric bill is almost double

My energy bill almost doubled with no explanation. I looked at the wattage used from month to month and there is not much difference. I received no notification or explanation therefore I give your rating a 1 out of 10. I had no choice but to use Tevis energy. I feel your company abuses it’s customers because we really have no choice but to pick Tevis.

I always get great service. Thank you. I do apologize for my last call whereas i just put in a new stoker and called for oil because I thought I had less.than needed to be delivered. I guess new burners are more efficient. i could not go the steps to check the level. Anyway thanks again and next time I will get someone to check levels before I call.
