Well, you came to visit to do a furnace cleaning and told me for a second year that my furnace would need to be replaced because of the fire box getting bluing to it and would/could release carbon monoxide into the house. Now, I didn't feel comfortable with "Fred" my service man due to the previous year and his attitude with me. So, I had your Modern Comfort team come out and give me a quote for a new furnace. Which was good pricing in my eyes. I was told that the service manager was going to call me about the warranty paperwork on my current furnace and what Fred listed on my paperwork. To this day and time, I have NOT heard a peep! So, I took matters into my own hands and had another company come in and give me another furnace inspection and was told that I had NOTHING to be worried about. He even tested the lines for carbon monoxide. I am truly disappointed and feel that I was being taken! I have been a customer for years and never was treated like this before.
