my adult son’s scooter quit in the middle of a community dining room. I called mobility city the next morning and a representative was at my door in the independent facility where I live within a half hour. the scooter we have is a brand they do not sell. however he identified the company, contacted the manufacturer, worked with them to determine the problem which he could address. I cannot say enough about the professionalism, consideration we were shown. I was new to the area not knowing what my options were. Calling Mobility City was a life saver for me.
