The team was great. Arrived on time and were thorough and professional in identifying the source of our hard-to-find leak. We had several roofing companies claim to fix it, only to have the leak reappear. Learned the source was actually some siding just above the roof. I highly recommend this company.

Laurie and Jade took their time in identifying the root cause of my problem. They were here in the dark, after hours. I had a previous issue that took almost a year to fix, because the companies were not taking the time and care to diagnosis the root cause. I wish I had known about Laurie years ago. I do a lot of work with contractors and have pretty much given up on finding good ones. When you have an experience like I did with Advanced infra red it gives you hope again. The experts that came out to help me knew their stuff. They methodically went through my building checking everything to find my water leak. I had a unique situation with a tenant who has way too much stuff in their place, making it extra difficult to scan for leaks, but advanced infra red made accomodations to work around it. Overall Excellent Experience highly recommend using these Guys!
