This is the 2nd time I've used their services. The first time was a really quick process to identify origin of the leak. The second time (different leak location) was a bit more tricky as the leak didn't occur every time it rains. The team was experienced and persistent. The leak origin and path was identified. Afterwards I received a digital and hard copy of the report (with images). Great work by the team!

Their process was thorough and I was impressed with their knowledge of the structure of my home and how it is impacting the problems. They provided me with immediate feedback on their findings and issued a thorough written report within a few business days. They also sent the report to my contractor at my request. This information has been critical to my ability to start working on the remedial work with my contractor. While the service is not inexpensive, the value is high. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others (and already have).
