Found the LeakFinders thru a Google search and gave them a call.After a long conversation with Laurie decided I had nothing to lose since nothing had worked up to this point.Laurie and John came out and within 2 hrs located the leak and ruled out any other possible problems.Laurie showed me how the infrared technology works and I must say it was the best money I have ever spent in fixing a home problem.It was most fair and reasonable. You have to hire these guys…they are that good!

We’ve had the same recurring leaks for 17 years and have had many builders/repair people claim to have found the issue and fix it. This company did an excellent job diagnosing the leak at my house. The two techs were both super friendly and obviously very competent at their job. The appropriate repair has been done. The cost of this service is not cheap, but well worth it in the long run. Strongly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I've used their services. The first time was a really quick process to identify origin of the leak. The second time (different leak location) was a bit more tricky as the leak didn't occur every time it rains. The team was experienced and persistent. The leak origin and path was identified. Afterwards I received a digital and hard copy of the report (with images). Great work by the team!

Your staff did an excellent job diagnosing two leak issues in my home. Their process was thorough and I was impressed with their knowledge of the structure of my home and how it is impacting the problems. They provided me with immediate feedback on their findings and issued a thorough written report within a few business days. They also sent the report to my contractor at my request. This information has been critical to my ability to start working on the remedial work with my contractor. While the service is not inexpensive, the value is high. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others (and already have).
