I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had with this company. Nicholas was responsive from the beginning and fit me into a next morning appt . He arrived 10 min early and had already done his rounds on the exterior of the property with notes. I was so impressed from the moment I met him. I am SO grateful for the inspection he did. He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable . He took the tine to explain everything and showed me how things worked in the basement. He pointed out issues I’m sure others would have missed. The best word to explain him is thorough. I received my in depth report along with photos the very next day .
