I have had some speed issues and received advice from a Tech. Service Electric initiated a follow-up call to check on progress. At that time they suggested a service call. Duran arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable. My cable modem was replaced with a newer higher capability version. Great experience with the Tech and Customer Service
