Joe really took the time to make sure that we had everything connected correctly and that we knew how to use the new system. He really went over and above to make us comfortable with the change.
Terry was great, took the time to explain everything. The new box is very disappointing, monthly bill keeps going up, features keep going down. Less space to record, and the big thing is no full screen variable speed fast forward. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
