Installation technician was knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. Showed up early in the appointment window. Set straight to work, knew the best place to set up the modem and router, knew what specific outlets were for in our new house (behind the wall cable set up for a wall mounted TV), knew that our wireless router would remember the network name and password even after 2 months of being unplugged. No contact with the technician, left the papers by the router and modem. Wore a mask, answered all of my questions. Above all great service. Just another reason to add to my long long list of reasons I stay with service electric! Thank you!
