Jeremy S. Went above and beyond to make sure that I had a strong connection with my devices. As there was a slight issue connecting my devices to the modem/router unit I purchased. He went above and beyond to do everything on the service side and helped me with my side of things calling the number the box gave for troubleshooting and stood until I was able to connect my devices to the Wi-Fi. He deserves a raise! Great kind gentleman who saw how technically illiterate I am and stood to help. He is what the epitome of an exceptional human is, let alone an exceptional employee. He is what every company should fight for to have on their team to represent them. Great guy! Completely deserves a raise!
