We had a great experience switching from Astound to Service Electric. They saved us $100 a month on our internet. Jeremy was helpful in answering our questions. I work from home and he kept me in the loop with where he was at in the installation process and let me know when I would lose internet connection. I only went without internet for about 10-15 minutes during the installation and the whole process only took about an hour.
