Once again Andy has proven himself as superior at his job. Our carpets are gorgeous and he was able to get stains out that I never would have expected. This time I also had our couch and loveseat cleaned and of course he did a magnificent job. He has an excellent work ethic and he's so friendly and considerate. Osbornes is the top of the line as far as I'm concerned!
