He was pleasant, professional. He cleaned the walls and shelving of the oven to a high standard. However, I was disappointed that he could not get the fan off, as this is the area that has caused me problems as when the oven is on, smoke / steam comes out the top. I felt that for the price of the oven cleaning, that as the hob is on top of the oven, that a clean of this would have been included. Yes it's good to have the oven clean, but as the hob isn't, it lets the effect down. One thing I would point out is that, yes I have a Jack Russell which Graeme was comfortable with, but as an owner especially during the pandemic I was not comfortable with him stroking and lifting my dog up to cuddle him, especially as he didn't ask.

Thanks for your review. Sorry sometimes however hard we try things don't come apart as we would like them too. But Graeme cleaned the fan in situ. I think the steam coming out the top is the normal operation for your oven. I've asked the ladies in the office and they confirmed that you did not book in for your hob to be cleaned even though we asked if you'd like it done. We recommend keeping dogs out of the kitchen when we are cleaning. And Graeme just love dogs!.Graham Rogers Founder of OvenGleamers.
