Furnace Repair DeSoto Customer had concerns about boom sound when furnace kicks on, ran furnace and found flames expanding and tripping safety switch, inspected heat exchanger and found multiple cracks, heat exchanger is bad and customer would like an estimate scheduled for a new furnace or new heat exchanger
HVAC Maintenance PCSA 2024 Heating Check Up 2 Systems Prepaid Completed heating maintenance, coils are clean, replaced filters, apt B system was low on gas, charged with 2 pounds of refrigerant and got better pressures, made sure both systems are working properly, customer would like a quote for 2 iWaves or air scrubbers and some information about what they do Both systems are heating at this time
