2025 PCSA AC Check Up Prepaid AC Maintenance
AC Service Complaint no cool System very low of refrigerant. Customer approved Freon.
AC Service Not enough cool call. Found outdoor unit was very dirty and both filters were dirty. Cleaned outdoor unit and replaced filters with ones provided by the customer.
HVAC Service De Soto AC Maintenance PCSA 2025 a/c check up renewal Technician checked the wire connections, replaced the filter, flushed the drain line, and made sure the thermostat was operating normally. Freon levels looked good and outdoor coil was cleaned. System is operational at this time.
Air Conditioning Repair De Soto No AC HVAC Service
Customer had concerns about AC not keeping up, found dead capacitor, replaced capacitor and verified system operation System is cooling at this time
Customer had concerns about system not keeping up, checked system operation and found unit low on gas, charged system with a pound of refrigerant and got better pressures, recommended scheduling a leak search to see if we can find where the leak is coming from System is operational
Customer had concerns about evaporator coil dripping and possible drain leak, tested drain line for leaks and found no issues, found evaporator coil partially frozen up, also found condenser coil packed with grass and dirt, cleaned condenser coil and checked system operation, found system low on gas, charged unit with 2 pounds of R22 and made sure system is working properly. Found drain line dripping due to open hole in wall bringing humidity/heat from inside the wall into the furnace closet and causing drain line to condensate and drip. Informed customer about this and recommended covering holes in the wall. Double checked for dripping after charging unit and did not see any more dripping from evaporator coil. System is operational
Customer had concerns about blower motor slowing down and almost stopping completely then come back to speed, ran system for 30-45 minutes and did not catch blower changing speeds, customer would still like a quote for a new blower motor System is operational
