Unit needs new filter. Seemes to be working adequately. Refrigerant charge good. Drain wasn’t breathing into condensate pump properly in crawl space. Opened cap for ez trap and confirmed pump working and drain working. Watched unit satisfy from 79 to 78. Unit has been holding 78 all day. Outdoor ambient of 95 Delta T 20 subcool 10 superheat 10. Txv unit. Would recommend a service agreement for regular maintenance and cleaning.
No AC, issue is temporarily resolved. Waiting on ordered part. System cooling at this time.

Air conditioning Repair De Soto 2024 PSCA AC Check Up Free W. New Install AC maintenance Added 1.5 lbs of 410A. Lot of oil. Seemed like Schroeder was leaking. Customer will monitor and call if thermostat starts to swing again.

Filters were really dirty, replaced filters and flushed drain to see if drain leaks down furnace, found no water leaks, watched unit run for a while and found no more issues. Customer would like to wait for another time to finish maintenance System is cooling at this time
2024 PSCA AC Check Up Free W. New install AC Maintenance. System is cooling efficiently at this time, filter has been replaced by customer, outdoor coil has been cleaned. Thoroughly, condensate line is clear and free of debris, temperature drop is acceptable, and refrigerant charge is within range.
