Air Conditioning Tune Up AC Maintenance PCSA 2024 AC Check Up Verified operation. Replaced weak capacitor for compressor outside. Unit is probably 14 years old, ECM fan motors indoor and outdoor. Vacuumed drain, filter is clean, cleaned coil
Air Conditioning Repair Fan motor bearings were failing, replaced and new motor is making whining sound. Will come back and replace motor along with fan blade to be safe. Replaced fan motor and fan blade. Verified operation
PCSA 2024 AC - All checks good at this time, condenser is clean and filter is clean.
Watched unit drop signal once for a split second. Replaced high pressure switch under parts warranty. If customer doesn’t call back bill for parts only pressure switch. Topped off unit
AC Service Complaint No Cool Outdoor fan motor is psc, unit running at this time, charge looks good. Could be some type of pressure switch issue but at this time we are inconclusive. Will let us know if it stops working when it heats up later in the day. Conditions may not be extreme enough. Diag collected
Found bad capacitor, replaced capacitor and checked system operation, unit seems to be a little low on gas, recommended charging unit and customer would like to wait for now System is operational
