Jay was a godsend!. I thought that my water heater/heating system was a goner. Jay checked out all of my HVAC systems, determined that my pilot light had just gone out, taught me how to relight it if needed, and gave me a safe, two ingredient recipe to rid whatever critters had been leaving their sizeable droppings in the equipment closet. System operates normally upon arrival - checked system drain and condensate pump - cycled system several times to check operation - everything appears to run within manufacturer's specifications. Could not recommend any changes at this time.
Believe loss of air flow caused by outdoor vent filters being plugged - removed vent filters and cleaned them and cycled to check operation - adjusted master bathroom duct - cycled all bathroom fans to check operation - everything runs normally again.
Performed tune up service on minisplit systems checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, unit start up, operation, shutdown. Found great room system low on refrigerant indicative of a refrigerant leak on system. Checked system over with halogen leak detector inspecting for leaks on both indoor and outdoor units and lineset between. Tightened flare nut and added 1 lb r410a to system and rechecked system for leaks. Did not indicate any leaks. Everything looks and runs great!

Perform a heating tuneup as there was a problem with the furnace. Found the thermostat to be bad, went ahead and checked out everything on the furnace. Combustion was good. Drains were clear. We added a screen to the vent pipe because there was bird feathers inside the pipe leading to the inducer.
Furnish Materials and Labor to replace OEM condenser coil and filter drier, leak search repair site. Evacuate system, perform start up procedures with refrigerant balance to manufactures specifications. Condenser coil and our labor will have a one year warranty. New condenser coil had leak. Will have to order another one
