Found system low on refrigerant - performed halogen leak search - did not determine a leak at this time - added 2 lbs r410a to system and cycled to check operation. Reperformed leak search and did not find any apparent leaks on system at this time. Everything runs normally again.
Found 3 amp fuse in furnace had burned and failed - replaced fuse and checked wiring for thermostat. Cycled system to check operation - everything came back on and runs normally!
Condensate pump fan spinning but not pumping - replaced condensate pump and checked system operation. Everything runs and flows normally again.

Added drain clean out to dehumidifier system and flushed drain to check operation. System dehumidifier came on normally and drain flows normally. Recommend adding either a 1/4 cup of bleach/ cleaner or 1/4 of vinegar to drain before or after dehumidification season starts/ends to ensure proper water flow from dehumidifier.
