Found system off ds2 flashing on outdoor unit board - low pressure lock out - reset system to remove lockout - checked system refrigerant balance found system refrigerant balance within manufacturer's specifications. Don't believe system is acting abnormally at this time. Recommended to keep an eye on system over the next couple of days. Customer would like to be quoted on addition of steam humidifier for heat pump system and would like to be quoted for comfort club for both heat pump systems. Quote to install thermostat with remote wireless sensor for downstairs system.

Found unit gas pressure set at 2.6" w.c. on low fire. Adjusted to 1.6" per manufacturer's specifications. Cycled to check operation in low and high fire, reduced high fire gas pressure as well to 3.5" w.c. per manufacturer's specifications. Everything operates normally at this time. No other recommended changes.

Installation shall include: Removal and replacement of existing supply ductwork in unfinished basement. The largest size of the new duct work will be 10” in height. • We will add 2 supply ducts to the basement zone for better air flow to the basement zone • We will replace existing zone dampers with properly sized Honeywell zone dampers. • One (1) year labor warranty provided by Comfort Central, Inc. • Ten (10) Year Guarantee on Comfort Central Inc Workmanship.

Found 8" duct had fallen off supply air boot - checked for damage then reattached duct to boot and secured it. Proceeded to perform heating tune up services for both heat pump and furnace systems checking all electrical components, refrigerant balance, performed full combustion analysis, cleaned all furnace components including burners, flame sensor, traps, checked heat pump defrost cycle. Everything looks and runs great!

Tested system in both heat pump and furnace mode checked flame sensor, drains, condensate pump, cycled defrost mode, checked system blower, blower wheel, capacitors, condenser fan motor. Did not find any grinding noises at this time.

Found upstairs damper seized actuator works normally. Lubricated and exercised zone damper and found some duct issues towards the front side of house. Recommend moving the 4 and 6 inch ducts in the office and bathroom further down the trunk line to help maximize air flow to those rooms. Will provide a quote to repair ductwork.

Found upstage timer for system set to 1 hour - adjusted timer and outdoor lockout temperature. cycled system to check operation in both heat and back up heat modes. Everything came on and cycles normally again! No other recommended changes at this time.

Found furnace condensate trap failed again. Recommend replacement of unit trap and cutting back outdoor condensate line to help prevent freezing + addition of coupling to rework condensate drain line. Returned 2/7 replaced furnace internal drain trap and reattached condensate line. Tested system operation. Everything came back on and cycles normally again!

Replaced thermostat and set up wifi connection - cycled system to check operation. Everything came back on normally. Released thermostat to customer via risdeo pro. Should receive an email with instructions on how to gain access to the thermostat.

Found thermostat operational but furnace inducer motor has failed. Adjusted balance point for heat pump compressor lockout to give some heat in interim while inducer motor is ordered. 2/6 returned and replaced inducer motor - reset thermostat settings - cycled system to check operation in both furnace and heat pump modes. Everything runs normally again!
