Hello. A couple of things about your service. I appreciate the timely service call. Cameron came early and I was not back at the home yet, so he called me and let me know the blower motor was bad and needed to be replaced. I authorized that. Later, I learned from another associate that the wiring was not up to code and that I needed a major electrical repair before the new motor could be installed. Cameron had not mentioned that. I was able to get that done before the blower motor was replaced. My understanding is the blower motor was replaced and the system is now working well. I did not receive any follow up call after the job was complete to let me know everything was finished and in working order. Overall, a nice guy and I appreciate the service very much. I was just hoping for better communication.

System indoor blower motor bearings are starting to come apart which is causing a lot of vibration in the unit. Dirty indoor coils and blower wheel restricting air flow and refrigerant pressures reflect dirt coil. Recommendation is replacement of blower motor and cleaning of blower wheel as well as perform a tune up service to clean indoor and outdoor coils.
