Ultimate Heating Tune-Up Heat Pump: serviced and inspected heat pump system, including electrical, safeties, controls, reversing valve and defrost cycle to manufacturer specifications. Found capacitor at the outdoor unit rated at 35+5 showing 28+5. Replaced it with a turbo tested system. Everything running as designed. The system utilizes are 22 refrigerant which is no longer manufactured along with the parts when there’s a problem with the refrigerant side of the system system
