Performed cooling tune up on two heat pumps. Main system Blower is pulling 1.8 amps Temperature difference between return and supply is 20 Capacitor was replaced on outdoor unit and now within manufacturer specifications Compressor is pulling 7.6 amps Outdoor fan is pulling 1.3 amps Subcool is 8 superheat is 10 System is working great Second system Blower motor is pulling 1.2 amps Temperature difference between return and supply is 18 Capacitor is within manufacturer specifications Compressor is pulling 6 amps Outdoor fan is pulling 1 amp Subcool is 10 superheat is 13 System is working great. Cleaned coils and replaced filters.
Delta T of 30 on left Maytag and 35 on right Maytag. Checked blowers, coils, traps, and pumps. Brushed out drain traps. Added algae tablets to condensate pumps. Tested pumps. Heat kits working normally. Checked line temp and pressures. Tested both capacitors outside. Sealed test holes in ductwork. Systems are functioning normally.
Unit will not fire after propane lines were hooked back up. Incoming gas 13.5wc. Found igniter to be bad. Replaced and tested operation
