From the initial service call made by Technician Beethova to the install of a new Blower Unit byTechnician Lucerne of EAQ Services, both techs did an outstanding job not only with diagnosing the problem but fixing it in a very timely manner. Technician Lucerne completed the job and provided me with information about what he was doing. This was a credit to their expert knowledge and their great Customer Service skills.
