Eric was professional and thorough in examining our heat pump system installed 6 months ago. He called when he was about 10 minutes away to alert me that he would arrive soon. He recommended the filter be replaced even though it has only been 6 months showing me that it was indeed quite clogged with dust. He didn't have a replacement on the truck so I ordered a new one from Amazon. Great service. No comment on price because this first one is free.
