Josh was my service technician. He called and arrived when he said he would be here. He listened to my input and performed his troubleshooting and diagnosed the problem. He clearly explained to me then repaired the problem. Josh was very courteous and helpful and i hope i don't need repairs in the future but am confident whoever G&S sends next time will be just as professional and efficient. Thanks
