Josh made an after hours service call at our home when our tankless water heater quit working. He arrived in the early evening and worked tirelessly trying to get it back up and running. The tech phone support line had already closed but Josh continued to troubleshoot our system. He had too return another day when phone support was available and was able to get everything working properly. His initial guess on the problem was correct. He also adjusted everything that wasn't done correctly by a different company when they installed it. His overall knowledge of the unit and its operation was very impressive as compared to the "other" company that installed it. I would highly recommend Josh and G & S heating.
