My home seems to have more issues with heat & A/C than anything else in the house. This has been very frustrating, and costly. Eventually I began questioning if I was being scammed/ or maybe they had rigged my system in such a way to make sure they have to return for work multiple times annually. I called G&S and explained how I felt and they sent one of their best techs out to see if he could make sense of my system. That guys name is Josh, and wow was I impressed by him. He not only figured out the problem immediately, he also went above and beyond to take the time to show me exactly what went wrong, and how to prevent the issue in the future. As long as they keep employing quality techs like Josh, I will continue doing business with G&S. Thanks a million Josh!

Fantastic In-Field Service ~ Dreadful Office Personnel

The young men who came to the property to perform the duties as scheduled were not only prompt, polite & courteous; they performed their duties in a timely manner and were well educated on the systems. The Office Personnel were polar opposite; they were rude, inconsiderate & for some unfathomable reason chose to inform me on the day of service that they had to go to extreme lengths to "accommodate" my service call for an appointment that was made 2 weeks in advance. Truly disgraceful.

Called late on a Friday to get a replacement water heater, and by Wednesday morning it was being installed. The phone rep was engaging and upbeat. The service tech was on time, extremely professional, and efficient, and disposed of the old unit for us. No more tripped circuit breakers for a while! Very pleased with the response time and the service, and the price was fair and in line with other vendors. They've earned the go-to spot in our list of service companies!

Our furnace wouldn't start. G&S service, in particular Willy Warren, really took care of us. Diagnosed the problem, found the parts and installed them right away. Also I wasn't pressured into buying anything I didn't really need. I trust G&S now for all my heating/cooling needs.
