The young men who came to the property to perform the duties as scheduled were not only prompt, polite & courteous; they performed their duties in a timely manner and were well educated on the systems. The Office Personnel were polar opposite; they were rude, inconsiderate & for some unfathomable reason chose to inform me on the day of service that they had to go to extreme lengths to "accommodate" my service call for an appointment that was made 2 weeks in advance. Truly disgraceful.
