New home owner here. I have natural gas but my mother recommended their fuel oil company to fix one of the zones on my baseboard heat. I called the day of a snowstorm and the very next morning a serviceman came to fix my plumbing issue. He didn’t waste any time with the repairs and was very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing was fair too!

I have been with this company over 12 years and yes it has overall been a good experience with very good service. But….. pricing on oil is ridiculous and especially when uour a loyal customer and paying double what a cod customer pays?? I don’t get it? Also it’s time for some of the woman who answer the phones to retire … but I will say if you have a service contract with them , they always show up and try to help the issue
