My only concern was I called to make an appointment in October and was told you were booked until December and the put me on a waiting list ( if someone cancels). I called in November and was told the only opening was Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. I settled for New Year’s Eve. You should have an automatic appointment schedule like my old Oil Company NAPCO did. They would call me every year in the fall and schedule my service appointment.
