Brian was prompt . polite and efficient, problem solved,,,
John arrived on time and phoned to say he was on the way. Luckily I didn't have any issues with my new-ish oil burner, since it hadn't been serviced in a few years. Even though I have a yearly service contract, the maintenance isn't done unless you call and ask for service. All in all I am satisfied with my experience with Hart
Don was exceptional. He knows his job and all the stuff. He is very informative, courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with his service.
Brian is extremely knowledgeable and a personable technician . He took the time to look into my problems that I have been having for some time and was able to replace/fix our heating system. We would definitely recommend Brian Edwards and Hart Home Comfort if you are looking for a good oil company.
service appointment was not within year of previous service. Had to wait until March when service would preferably been done in period before heating season. Person who serviced boiler was courteous, within time window on date of service, clean and knowledgable.

Thank you for your review. With ultra-low sulfur heating oil and our ecoblend bioheat the recommendation for a tune up is now 18 months. Biofuel is a cleaner burning fuel. Your service plan also covers all emergency calls within the 12 month time frame. We appreciate your business, Jacqueline Hart
As a previous customer of another company who was acquired by Hart Home Comfort, so far I have been pleasantly surprised with how nice and accommodating the office staff have been (Liz and Dorothy). They communicate with each other and have returned my calls when they were back in the office. They have been very helpful in resolving my problem with my previous contract and I am very thankful. My technician Brian was wonderful and kind. He was friendly and approachable when I asked questions pertaining to the care of my burner. When evaluating the problem with my burner he laid down a tarp/towel to keep my floor clean. I highly recommend this company! Great job. You’ll have another loyal customer.
