The service man arrived in a timely fashion and replaced my dying circulator in a very professional and qualified manner. I should be a good judge of workmanship as I was a High School Shop teacher for 39 years. The service man could not have done a better, neater and proper service replacement and he cleaned up wonderfully when he was finished. Not so great. You sent a service man. Who came without the part needed or where to get it or even how to installl or set it up. You should have paid me since I tried the setup. I expect a refund fir this useless service call

John identified the cause of the burning smell and did excellent repair work. My furnace is working great again. John was thorough and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend.

As a previous customer of another company who was acquired by Hart Home Comfort, so far I have been pleasantly surprised with how nice and accommodating the office staff have been (Liz and Dorothy). They communicate with each other and have returned my calls when they were back in the office. They have been very helpful in resolving my problem with my previous contract and I am very thankful. My technician Brian was wonderful and kind. He was friendly and approachable when I asked questions pertaining to the care of my burner. When evaluating the problem with my burner he laid down a tarp/towel to keep my floor clean. I highly recommend this company! Great job. You’ll have another loyal customer.

Charles Lopez is a very good and knowledgeable technician,he repaired my boiler in record time!!
Don was excellent, he did a thorough job explained everything he did. Was very courteous, personable & professional.
The service men that checked my heating system and serviced my for winter use were courteous, well informed and very skilled in servicing my 75 year old boiler. They assured me that after their service that the boiler was still in good shape. Also they were very clean in their work habits. Great technicians!----John Scuderi
