My technician, Ed, was excellent. He was friendly and kept me informed throughout the diagnostic of my air conditioning unit issue and fixed it quickly and efficiently. I have used McAllister a few times for tune-ups and diagnostics on my older systems, they have proved to be reliable and reasonable. I will continue to use them for my heating and AC units!
