Annual preventive maintenance by Dave Lausi was done with expertise and professionalism. Advice and education was included. Over the last few years, I have found that I can always count on Dave for routine prevention and service, and also for complex and puzzling HVAC issues. We do have a particularly complex residential system that has intimidated other service people, but Dave has resolved all issues, either with his own extensive knowledge base, or by consulting with another expert if needed.
