Prepaid AC service. Found system had slightly low subcooling. Adjusted refrigerant charge accordingly. Replaced plastic caps with brass on Carrier condenser because liquid side cap was missing "O" ring which I'm sure contributed to refrigerant loss. Minimal loss no reason to suspect leak present. Outdoor fan motor is very noisy seems bearing grease leaked out. Pulling slightly higher amps as result. Home owner is aware of condition said we mentioned it last spring and he is fine waiting until it fails entirely. Elderly customers the husband handles decision making. Wife was also home today but wasn't involved much husband said she is recovering from recent surgery. Upon arrival he mentioned being frustrated about thermostat programming and was disappointed he was not left the installation guide manual with the Honeywell T4.
