We had a warranty service company come out and try to fix our air conditioner,but we still continue to have a problem,then we called RKM heating and air conditioning they came out within a couple days and fixed our problem right away, the service repair guy Michael was awesome explained everything that was needed to be done in detail,showed us what was wrong ,recommended the right part ,filter,and was able to get our air conditioner up and running quickly,we are so grateful and thankful for RKM heating and air conditioning,awesome service highly recommend them anytime anybody has a problem with air conditioning, thank you so much.

The employees arrived ahead of schedule move all items out of their way replaced every item and cleaned up their trash very nice very courteous. They showed me how to setup and use my online temperature thermostat. Excellent nothing else I can say except great service excellent service. Most of all the cost was better than three other companies that I contacted for an estimate. Lastly, I love their app for the thermostat whereas I can check and program the system from anywhere. This is the third time I have utilized RKM Heating and Air Conditioning services. The technicians were Michael and Matt. Both technicians were highly qualified and knowledgeable.
