Like the Co., their Tech service rep. was Superb, thorough, very helpful & inciteful. Every major component of AC & Heating System were checked & current condition noted & given via no chge, final statement. He even replaced the air filter (also no chge), and most importantly, addressed & clarified my concerns about our not having enough 'air-circulation' openings between our upstairs/main floor, & our downstairs 2bdrm floor & that we need to make sure the stairwell door has more major openings in it (or the top or bottom trimmed), or a side wall stairwell vent installed. We could not have picked a more thorough, professional, & very fairly priced AC/HVAC firm to install a much overdue nu system last summer.

Matt/their Estimator & installation team captain is a 'salt of the earth' straight shooting, earnest, customer centric experienced AC pro, offered the right units/package for size of our split townehouse, and ultimately worked up a price that beat all the others by a sizeable amount. Installation went as promised, put the AC in a better location leaving us add'l room in our carport area, installers were very experienced and friendly, decent clean-up with everything working as hoped for. Job includes 2 no chge visits in coming yr to make sure all is working correctly. A+ Co. i found on Angie's List & probably the most reasonable of the 3 Co's i took proposals from. Thank you Matt!

one time courtesy, No charge for coming back out. customer just renewed comfort club and heater tune up was done. Now customer states there is a loud winding sound from behind the heater panel. When the pilot kicks on that when the sound starts not always right away.-TK
