I continue to renew my contract with RKM because of their outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I was unsatisfied with how difficult the thermostat I had was to program. My great tech suggested the Nest. I love it. He made sure I downloaded the app, was logged in, and knew how to program it to my needs. Highly recommend this company.

I hired RKM Heating And Air Conditioning to install a new Hvac system for my house. I am completely satisfied. Matthew took great care in getting me the system that meets my needs after discussing different variables. He applied every possible discount and rebate. We did the financing over the phone and all documents were e-mailed for verification. Removal of old units and new installation was done in one day, oh happy day! Very comfortable, fabulous upgrades glad u did it. Their communication and personable care is A+ I am always informed and they follow through by e-mail, txt and phone on everything! Terrific company, awesome people and stellar service. I am a customer for life!
