I was so impressed from the first phone call until the final installation that I would and have recommended RKM to everyone. The quality of the AC unit is awesome and cools my house in only a couple of minutes. Everyone was so professional and courteous that is was unexpected in today's times. I usually don't do these surveys but I'm really impressed with RKM. Called them yesterday, they scheduled me for the next morning. Called me to let me know their guy was 30 minutes out, their guy, Mike K., was very VERY professional, been working on ACs for 15 years and knew exactly what he was doing. Priced very well too! Part of our Comfort Care Service was a cleaning and diagnostic of my furnace especially with the winter season approaching. Michael was very thorough and pleasant. He showed me some concerns he had regarding our 20 year old furnace but he was not pushy about selling me a new unit, which I greatly appreciated. Overall I would and have recommended RKM to friends and family.
