We have had quite a few major problems with our older home this year. Not fun. But RKM has been the one bright spot. The experience has been positive all around. The ladies at the front desk are pleasant but don't waste my time and Matt is just great. Today he showed up a bit early but that was ok as he also finished up the maintenance check early then explained to me how things looked. Fine! A pleasure to do business with!
