I had an old , recalled heater that need to replaced. My neighbor told me to contact RMK. I called RMK and talked to Marissa. She is very helpful, friendly and polite. She helped me from A - Z all the arrangements to have my heater replaced. She answered all my questions and concern. As for the technicians, Mike , Paul and the third tech ( I forgot his name) are very experienced and have a good knowledge about the job. Annual maintenance on heating and air-conditioning equipment
Came out to perform diagnostics on heating equipment. Found issue was a low voltage problem. Repaired low voltage issue and system is now working properly.
