HEATER TUNE UP MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A APRIL AIR 410 FILTER. CUSTOMER WILL BE PURCHASING. ALSO NEED TO RENEW COMFORT CLUB. PAYING HALF TODAY $84.50 AND SETTING UP THE REMAINING BALANCE ON MONTHLY $14. MUST CALL IN CREDIT CARD INFO TO OFFICE.-TK
AC isn't working too well. It's trying but can't maintain temp below 80 during the day. I changed the filter and clean the unit outside but it's still not very cold.
Estimate on replacement of heating and AC equipment.
